5. Payments & Transactions

All payments made through ProCharge are handled via secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Users must pay applicable charges for charging sessions, subscriptions, or services
  • Pricing may vary based on location, electricity cost, and service provider
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy

  • To display nearby charging stations

Users can enable or disable location access through device settings. Disabling location services may limit certain functionalities.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to ProCharge are protected.

  • Includes branding, logos, software, UI design, content, and technology
  • Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent

9. Limitation of Liability

ProCharge does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure services. All services are provided on a “best-effort” and “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. User Responsibilities

  • Avoid damaging, tampering with, or misusing any charging equipment or infrastructure
  • Follow all safety instructions, signage, and operational guidelines at charging locations
  • Ensure proper handling of charging cables and connectors
  • Promptly report any faults, malfunctions, or safety concerns
  • Provide accurate information during account creation and usage
  • Refrain from engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
Any violation of these responsibilities may result in penalties, suspension of services, termination of accounts, or legal action where applicable.

11. Suspension & Termination

ProCharge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to its services without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to complete payments or outstanding dues
  • Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
  • Misuse or damage to EV charging infrastructure or platform services
  • Any activity that may pose a risk to other users, partners, or the platform

In serious cases, termination may occur immediately and without prior notice. ProCharge shall not be liable for any loss resulting from such suspension or termination. Users may also discontinue use of the services at any time by ceasing access to the platform.
