We are sorry to hear that you want to delete your account on our mobile app (ProCharge EV Charging). Please fill out the form below, with your user information, your account will be deleted within 7 days. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your account is deleted.
We will only retain billing-related information as required by law for taxation purposes (including any charging sessions performed and the amount paid for those charging sessions – without retaining any personal user information).
Please note that any amount pending in your wallet in the app cannot be refunded as per the regulations applicable to closed wallets under the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
